This 3-hour class will get you excited about having an amazing pregnancy and birth through optimal nutrition and exercise.  At any point in pregnancy, mom and baby will benefit from improved nutrition and exercise.  But this class is best taken during your first trimester.

Cost is $90/couple and includes an awesome workbook and access to exclusive snack and meal recipes!
